our yeast raised donuts are made with a brioche dough. brioche is a dough making process where we incorporate lots of butter into the dough, and then let it ferment overnight. it develops are rich buttery dough. over a longer resting period results in a lighter pillowy crumb. we hand roll, cut, and fry until golden, brown, and delicious. this style of dough is versatile, and allows us to pair it with sweet and savory toppings, glazes, and fillings. our donuts are not overly sweet. they are 100% certified made with love.

our old fashioned donuts are made with a cake dough. we use sour cream and buttermilk to hydrate the flour. we like to compare them to big fried cookies. with these donuts, we can get creative with the spices and flavors we put into the dough. they finish with a tender crumb, and crispy crust. this is our second most popular donut, followed by our chocolate old fashioned donuts.

made with the same brioche dough as our donuts, we roll these bad boys up with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. after they bake, we generously drown them in our cream cheese glaze. sometimes we like to get fancy and put walnuts in them.

our chocolate old fashioned donuts are made with valrhona cocoa and sour cream. we try to achieve the richest, deepest flavor of chocolate in this donut with a tender, moist crumb.

our croissants are made from scratch daily. we've been testing lamination doughs for a few years and are happy to offer these flaky and buttery french pastries. we offer croissants, pain au chocolat, and jambon and swiss croissant on the weekends.
